Sadly no photo evidence today but i promise i followed the rules still. Black t, black skirt and knee high Black boots... Needless to say by the time lunchtime came it was toasty!
I made it out for a run with Moggy. Prob not even 1 km but it's a start. I was knackered by the time we got back. Moggy hadn't even raised her heart beat I'm sure! Oh well we all have to start somewhere :)
